We’re pleased to announce the completion of our first joint project with our UK partners, Kartogram. Simon Dau from Kartogram did a superb job designing the website. I couldn’t stop playing with those little arrows which turn so neatly when you click on navigation tabs…

The new website of the Embassy of Togo in Washington D.C. is live now and has received very positive reviews.

In addition, a message about our product made it to the official website of the Republic of Togo. So, yes, we got famous, and yes, it’s all in French, so if you feel inclined to read it, you most likely will have to use Google Translator!

Despite our 1 second of fame, we can assure you that we’re not going to turn into snooty a**holes. Feel free to contact us for your web needs, whether it’s a new online home for your business, a complex web development project or an urge to be a little bit more seen and heard online that needs to be fulfilled.

Thanks for your continuous support! Shoot us an email if you want something as cool as this for your business!

A screenshot of RealtyProx main page.

For the past few months we’ve been working on a project which still has two names–eReltorOffice and RealtyProx–altough decision has been made and in the end it will be branded as RealtyProx.

Partially, the project is to blame for Intelligent Clout laying really low, barely active online and very uninteresting to visitors of our website. As I’ve mentioned in my latest post, raising someone else’s kids was just the way we were functioning lately.

We are, however, excited about the software and proud to be a part of something that is going to revolutionize a post-crisis real estate brogerages. It will be released in less than 30 days for testing and tweaking first (BETA version), and as a complete system later.

eRealtorOffice and RealtyProx is a joint venture of a group of software developers, real estate professionals and marketing specialists. Based on a concept of cloud computing, the software is going to be accessible from anywhere in the world for a very competitive price.

Why exactly we think it might prove to be revolutionary?

First of all, because its idea was conceived and developed by seasoned real estate professionals. Secondly, it was designed with the new real estate marketplace and current economy in mind. It has a superb module for managing short sale transactions and loan modifications.

More importantly, it minimizes brokerage management cost eventually eliminating the need of brick-and-mortar office.

Imagine staying anywhere in the country or even in the world and still being able to conduct all your business, receive leads and close deals! With the help of the software broker and agent does not have to ever meet in order to start working together.

In addition, the application combines that perfect user-friendly feel without actually making an application look childish or plainly unprofessional and not useful.

The main goal is to help brokerages increase productivity and reduce losses that occur due to poor communication. As many of us know from our own experience, purchasing a house or a condo is a lengthy and quite complicated process involving many parties from real estate agents to attorneys and inspectors.

RealtyProx makes communicating, sharing and even signing legal documents a breeze and offers unprecedented tracking of all activity as well as great deal of automation.

It’s impossible to describe everything that the application has to offer, so I greatly encourage all real estate professionals who are reading this to visit http://erealtoroffice.com/ and register for special pricing and updates about the development of software.

Only limited amount of those who register first are going to receive a LIFETIME discount on RealtyProx! So hurry up!

Stay tuned, more information about the application to come in next few weeks.

At least in an online world, the words you utter may be worth millions. This is called commerciability of a keyword. For instace, phrase ‘insurance quote’ is worth millions of dollars, as it brings in traffic that has a great potential to convert.

On the other hand, a phrase ‘inspirational quotes’ basically has no commercial value. Majority of people searching for inspirational quotes online are not ready to buy anything, while people searching for insurance quotes are probably ready to buy insurance and they are looking for best deals and best service.

It is very important to use the most cutting edge technology available to distinguish between phrases and words that will bring you in paying customers and deter “tire kickers”.

The difference between properly researched and analyzed copy writing for a website and a sloppy guessing job can mean hundreds of thousands dollars of lost revenue for your company. So be smart when choosing a right partner for your online ventures!
