Who needs tire kickers?18 Aug

At least in an online world, the words you utter may be worth millions. This is called commerciability of a keyword. For instace, phrase ‘insurance quote’ is worth millions of dollars, as it brings in traffic that has a great potential to convert.

On the other hand, a phrase  ‘inspirational quotes’ basically has no commercial value. Majority of people searching for inspirational quotes online are not ready to buy anything, while people searching for insurance quotes are probably ready to buy insurance and they are looking for best deals and best service.

It is very important to use the most cutting edge technology available to distinguish between phrases and words that will bring you in paying customers and deter “tire kickers”.

The difference between properly researched and analyzed copy writing for a website and a sloppy guessing job can mean hundreds of thousands dollars of lost revenue for your company. So be smart when choosing a right partner for your online ventures!

You can read the full press-release here=>>

It’s a must read for every business owner or CEO. The importance of educating employees on Internet marketing and online media can be priceless.

This is a very sad news for all honest marketers and everybody in online community. Why? Because that kind of scammers help perpetuate the notion that doing business online, investing in online marketing is a very risky and hardly worth your time venture.

Future with no TV ads… Is that possible?11 Aug

Not in the near future. Nevertheless, big changes are on the way. We’ve been telling this for at least a year know, and finally somebody, Slate.com, that is, heard us: TV will have less and less ads and they are going to be much cheaper. Why? Because big advertisers cannot reach the same amount of eyeballs as they used to.

Everything is not as much about the price, as it is about the value. The value of running ultra-expensive ads on prime time TV becomes more and more questionable. The networks will get less money from advertising, as will big advertising agencies. How do you bill a client for a blurb you wrote on Craigslist that worked 10x better than 100K dollars piece of advertising on a local TV station?

On the other hand, we should not forget that 21st century is about time managing and knowledge. It makes sense for a medium business owners to spend 3 times less for  services that deliver their message promptly and effectively than to waste time and money trying to figure out what works and what not by themselves. In any event, bi TV networks seem to be in trouble.

Read the whole story on this topic in Slate.com.

Why you don’t need a marble shelf?02 Aug

Imagine that you own a grocery store and keep updating your shelves. You start with simple wooden shelves, and then replace them with ergonomic plastic ones, and finally choose marble granite shelving.

How is it going to help sell your apples and broccoli? Maybe a little bit, maybe not at all, but buying fancy shelves surely cost you a lot.

This is exactly how owning your company website works. It must be nice and meet certain criteria, but you cannot dwell on it and spend too much time and money on improving.

  • Currently there are more web sites than people living in the planet.
  • If you spent just one minute reading every web site in existence, you’d be kept busy for 31,000.

No wonder a lot of these web sites have very little visitors. So what’s the point of beautiful design if nobody ever sees it?

We might mess a little with your shelves, but we would rather promote your entire store, so you can keep selling your apples and broccolis.

Consider us a big store where you can mix and match anything you want. There is no one online marketing plan that would fit everybody’s needs. Look through all the options, write down some ideas and email or give us a call. Together we will find a solution that help you reach your goals and will not drain your budget.
